Call time is 3:30pm for the students with dinner at 5. Students should either have a meal with them or have their parents bring it to them at 5 as they are not to leave the school grounds. The buses will depart around 6pm with an arrival at Herndon HS at 6:30pm. They are scheduled to perform at 7:49pm. Please try to come to the competition and cheer the marchers on! Everyone is welcome and the judges do pay attention to the audience reactions to the performance. The band will depart Herndon HS after the awards and should be home around 11pm. Times will vary so please be at the ready should we arrive earlier or later. We will remind the students to call you before we depart Herndon.
