2008 Cookie Dough/Cinnamon Bun Sales
Dear Band Students and Parents,
On August 10, 2008 we will be kicking off a major Band fundraiser with our annual
Cookie Dough Sale. Why participate? Fundraising is a great way for your student
to raise money for future band expenses, such as trips. Parents, this helps
reduce out-of-pocket expense for YOU.
Important Dates:

August 10, 2008 ─ Sale Starts. Pick up order forms in the band room

September 5, 2008─Sale Ends. Return order forms by this date to band room "Black Box"

September 18, 2008─Delivery. Students will leave school with their cookie dough
Details:
- Price: $14/box for both cookie dough and cinnamon buns (12 pack buns).
- Payment: Cash or Check. Make checks payable to "WHSBBO".
- Time of Payment: At the time of the sale, NOT at delivery.
Instructions:
- PLEASE put your NAME where indicated in the upper left corner of the form!
- PLEASE secure the payments in an envelope and attach to the order form
- PLEASE return forms and payment to the black box in the band room
Students will be given their orders immediately after school on Thursday, September 18th. Parents planning to pick up the orders must arrive before 6:30pm. Remember, this is FROZEN COOKIE DOUGH. It is perishable. Please make plans to deliver your dough to your buyers on the 18th, or store it in your freezer ntil you are ready to deliver it.
