UNIFORM Fitting before Band Camp
Mr. Panoff has asked that the uniforms and hats be distributed before band camp. The pickup dates are from Aug. 6th - 9th at Westfield Band Hall from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. each day.
Thank you to so many of you who were able to stop by this week for marching band uniforms. It has been a tremendous help.
The schedule will be as follows:
Here are the remaining marching band uniform fitting dates/times for the rest of you:
- (Wednesday, 8/8) from 3 until 6PM 5’5 to 5’7;
- (Thursday, 8/9) from 3 until 6PM 5’8 and above;
- Monday, 8/13, from 4 until 5PM;
- Tuesday, 8/14, from 4 until 5PM; and
- Wednesday, 8/15, from 4 until 5PM.
Please be prompt so that we can get everyone fitted and out the door by 6:00. Ask your parent to measure you for pants before coming in to receive your uniform. If you have any concerns please e-mail me at: rpkac@cox.net

- ALL former and present band (marching and concerts) PLEASE check at home to see if you have any uniform pieces (pants, jackets, dresses, etc.) or garment bags left from last year. We are missing a large number of garment bags (about 60!) and would like them back. We really want to use funds to purchase NEW outfits and equipment, not to just replace what was not returned. If you know of anyone who graduated last year, please check with them also.
If you find something, please just drop it off in the band room or hang it on the racks outside of the uniform closet. MANY THANKS!
