Mr. Panoff,

Congratulations to you and your band for an outstanding performance at the USSBA Northern Virginia Regional Competition. You and your students are to be commended on the countless hours of hard work and immeasurable dedication you have given to achieve such an elevated performance. We know as educators that it takes a great deal of determination and commitment to strive for the highest, and it is these intangible qualities that make an individual and an organization superior. Again, on behalf of the United States Marine Band and the U.S. Marine Drum and Bugle Corps, it was a pleasure to award your band the "Esprit de Corps" Award. A job well done!
