Upcoming Calendar of Events

Dear Jazz Students and Parents

I have great news to share with you! Please review the following upcoming event(s) carefully. Additional details will be forthcoming but I wanted to share these special opportunities with you now so you can plan for them. As always, please contact me if you have any questions or concerns.

• May 6th, 7pm - Guest artist Concert. Chris Vadala, guest artist.
  • I sure could use some help with programs for that night. Refreshments would be nice for intermission.
  • It is a free concert of course
  • There will be an after school rehearsal on May 9th to work with Mr. Vadala
  • uniform is all black.
• Mr. Schnepper needs some help with the upcoming jazz concert on May 6. He would like some concessions available for donation during the intermission. I need someone to volunteer to take charge of this, and we need donations in the way of cookies, brownies, sodas, etc. If you can take this on please let me know. Also, dinner will be provided for the jazz students, teachers, and guest before the concert. Tim Smith - smithbunch.tim@cox.net - needs volunteers. The main dishes are being provided. Please contact him if you can help with the dinner. Thanks for all your help.

Note to Percussion/Jazz parents: we need donations for concessions sales and volunteers for concessions, ticket sales, ushers, etc. Please email Angela Mast (angela.mast@gmail.com if you can help.
