ALL students in Band classes and activities, including Marching Band, Color Guard, and all Concert Bands are expected to complete the Westfield Band Registration Forms at the links below.
Marchers and Color Guard must have the Westfield Band Registration Form (the Google form) filled in by July 24th, 2025. After registering, please pay the pre-season marching band fee through MySchoolBucks.
The FCPS forms can be turned in at band camp or fitting. We must have those for each band member shortly after the season starts.
Non-marchers may drop off the forms at band camp or bring into the first week of class. School fees (marching band, marching band pre-season, instrument rental fees) should be paid online at www.myschoolbucks.com by “purchasing” them through the School Store. Booster donations should be paid via our online booster donation link. The band course materials fee will be assessed as an invoice to every student registered in a band class through your student ID in MySchoolBucks after the school year starts.
Complete your registration by filling out the Google form and the four downloadable forms below. Students should bring completed copies of the downloaded forms to the uniform fittings. Most of the forms are Adobe fillable forms that can be completed and printed or saved. We recommend printing or saving a copy of the completed forms for your own records.

2025 - 2026 Field Trip form – this covers marching and concert related events. It needs one (1) student signature and one (1) parent signature.
Emergency Care Information form – two (2) pages long, one (1) parent signature at the end required.
Medical Authorization form – used in conjunction with the Supplemental Medication Authorization. Both forms must be signed by a parent in parts 1 and 2.
