One stop shop for all your document needs

Please, click on the appropriate buttons to your left. The “Registration” button will take you to three files that contain all of the registration forms (one packet with Fairfax County Public School registration forms, one zip file with Fairfax County forms needed for travel and competitions, one packet with Westfield High School band forms). Please complete all three sets of forms for enrollment. These forms apply to both marchers and non-marchers.

Under the "Student Documents" button, you will find music files for current show, band warm-up files, participation guide student activities, band survival guide, band scholarship application, leadership application, and student rights and responsibilities.
Finally, the "Parent's Document" button, parent or guardian can download check reimbursement form, the by-laws, music instrument contract, and the spirit wear order form.
