Your donation will help us pay for clinicians, purchase equipment/supplies, and cover the costs of travel and other expenses associated with performances and competitions that the school will not cover.
We appreciate any amount that you can give. Your donation is tax-deductible and will be acknowledged with a receipt for your records (if over $250), as per request. We accept checks, cash, Paypal, and Zelle payments.

Westfield High School has always provided its students with exceptional opportunities to excel in both
academics and extracurricular activities since its Grand Opening in 2000. Our 16-time Virginia Honor Band
program has consistently showcased the outstanding talent and commitment of our students, who have worked
tirelessly to reach this milestone. The Westfield High School Band Boosters Organization supports this award-
winning program by seeking donations, financial support, and volunteers from individuals, businesses, and
community organizations. We are a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization that strives to provide opportunities for all
students in the Westfield High School Band Program to have an enriching musical education and opportunities
beyond what the school’s curriculum and/or funds can supply.
May we rely on your tax-deductible support for our Award-Winning Band Program?
To ensure that our band program continues to thrive, we are seeking corporate sponsorship from respected
organizations like yours. By partnering with us, you will not only support our talented young musicians but also
gain valuable exposure and demonstrate your commitment to the local community. Your donation will help
maximize the finances received through student participation fees and fundraising. It also helps the Booster
organization provide students with performance opportunities, instrument purchases, maintenance of
equipment, off-set competition expenses, camps, professional training, and scholarships.
In return, we will advertise each individual, business, or organization as a generous supporter of music at our
school and community activities. Sponsors are acknowledged in many ways including:
Roses Parade on January 1, 2014, and the Pearl Harbor Memorial Parade on December 7, 2022. The program
currently has concert, symphonic, and percussion classes that meet each day in school. Extra-curricular
ensembles include the Westfield High School Marching Band and Color Guard, Jazz Ensemble, Indoor Drumline,
and Winterguard. Students in the band program are required to keep their grades up and participate in
practices, performances, and competitions

- NEW For the 2023 season, logo placement on marching uniforms and guard panels for the DRIVE TO SURVIVE marching show.
