VBODA Assessment at Rock Ridge High School in Ashburn

7:30 - Percussion Arrive to Pack/Load
8:00 - Everyone Else Arrive to Park/Load—Already in Uniform
8:30 - Load Buses (don’t forget Class B jacket!)
8:45 - Depart
9:15 - Arrive Rock Ridge HS
10:05 - Warmup
11:15 - Perform VBODA State Marching Assessment, load truck, head back into stadium
12:15 - Announcement of ratings
12:30 - Depart Rock Ridge for Dominion

VMBC Loudoun Invitational at Dominion High School in Sterling (see 10/14/23 Loudon Invitational | VMBC (vmbc-online.org) for tickets and more information)

1:00 - Arrive Dominion, Eat Concessions, Watch Bands
2:45 - Back to Truck
3:55 - Warmup
4:45 - Perform VMBC Competition
5:45 - Awards
6:15 - Depart Dominion for WHS
6:45 - Arrive WHS, unpack and go home

1:30 Arrive for Practice
- Bring: Water and Snacks for bus ride home. Pizza provided for dinner.
3:30 Stop Practice to Load Trucks
- Only Front Ensemble and Props on Truck
- Battery, guard, and ALL wind instruments go on the buses
- Hat boxes, Garment bags on bus
- Fl, Cl on bus—all other instruments go under.
4:30 Load Busses, Depart
6:45 Arrive JMU Convocation Center
- Eat Pizza for dinner
- Change into uniforms
- Unload trucks
8:00 Warmup
9:30 Perform in 5A competition
10:00 JMU Performs
10:30 Awards, then head to buses
11:00pm Change out of uniform
- Depart JMU for WHS
1:00am Arrive WHS, unload and go home
