Itinerary 10-7: JMU Parade of Champions

• 1:30  Arrive for Practice
  • Bring: Water and Snacks for bus ride home. Pizza provided for dinner.
• 3:30  Stop Practice to Load Trucks
  • Only Front Ensemble and Props on Truck
  • Battery, guard, and ALL wind instruments go on the buses
  • Hat boxes, Garment bags on bus
  • Fl, Cl on bus—all other instruments go under.
• 4:30  Load Busses, Depart
• 6:45  Arrive JMU Convocation Center
  • Eat Pizza for dinner
  • Change into uniforms
  • Unload trucks
• 8:00  Warmup
• 9:30  Perform in 5A competition
• 10:00  JMU Performs
• 10:30  Awards, then head to buses
• 11:00pm  Change out of uniform
  • Depart JMU for WHS
• 1:00am  Arrive WHS, unload and go home
